Hi Everyone,

Started using this site a few days ago and I absolutely love it. I'm making a habit of logging my foods of what I'm going to eat for each meal before I actually eat it, that way I find I'm sticking to it. Lovin it, lovin it, lovin it :happy:

    Welcome---logging before you eat is a great way to assure that you don't go over your calories. Good luck!

    Today is my third day on here. I do love the site and I'm excited about everything I'm learning (and scared at how much calories everything has)!

    I've been here about 5 days and I'm loving it! I also love that it's free! I've also been loggin in my food before hand and it really keeps me on track. Don't forget to log exercise and water!
