Has anyone tried it? I just did Day 1, Level 1. OMG, I have never sweat like that in 20 minutes EVER.
-How long on level 1, 2, 3, whatever.
-How many inches, lbs?
Let me know, ty.

I did each level for 10 days. I lost 16 pounds and about 2-3 inches everywhere! Loved it!
  • I just finished my day 1 as well, and I totally know what you mean, I had to turn on the AC lol. Its supposed to be 10 days per level, ideally. But I say go at your own pace. If you still feel like yu need level 1 for more than 10 days then do it till it is not as easy anymore and then move on.

Friend me, we can compare notes on how each other does lol

I can't move after one day of level 1! How embarassing. I can run miles without issue, but couldn't get out of bed today.

I'm on day 16 of the 30-day shred.and the first couple days were miserable. I did level one for 10 days and I'll switch to level 3 on day 21. So far I have lost 8 pounds and I have lost 3 1/2" on my waist. I've been definitely encouraged to continue to program and would recommend it to anyone.

I love it!! I'm on level 2 right now but I only do it 3 days a week. I haven't taken measurements but I can notice a big difference in my muscle tone and endurance. I love this workout and the fact that this 20 minute workout can kick my butt is awesome!!
  • I did it everyday last week on level 1 and it kicked my butt!!! I had to take a break this week because my calf muscles were always achy from jumping around so much. I think I lost 3 pounds or so, not sure how many inches, but I plan on starting it back up next week and doing it for the whole 30 days straight.

Hey, thanks for all your information. I did my first day yesterday, was excited to do it today, and i did, but it was 5x harder then yesterday. My muscles are very sore.. but is that how all you were? I thot i would work even harder today and run longer but during the cardio i had to stop n fast pace walk for ten seconds and then start again.

    opinions?

I'm on day 13 (should be day 15 but i took a days rest in each week) and i've lost 4lb so far and 5" in total. Started level 2 on day 6 though, keeping level 2 until next Tuesday and then I'll move up to level 3. Going to do it everyday now until day 30! I've noticed my stamina in cardio has increased greatly, and I can actually do proper push ups now!

My quads were in AGONY for about 3 days but you just have to keep pushing yourself. It really does get easier, before i could barely do the jumping jacks for 30 seconds and now I can do 2 mins cardio with only one 5 second break. Just have faith in yourself :)
