    Wasn't the best week, unfortunately a lot of things came up and i started making excuses for myself and not finishing my daily logs! I did complete my weekly goal though!

    Hello! I've had the best week in a long time!! I'm so surprised I lost almost 4 pounds. I have to admit I've become a little obsessed with entering any food and exercise into the MFP Droid App. I love it! But it's driving my BF a little crazy... but he's very supportive (and my new gym buddy :happy: ).

    Even with staying on my diet, under my calorie goal, and exceeding my workout goal, I still managed to gain weight this week... I'm hoping its gained muscle, not fat!

    I ate out too much over the weekend, and went up, but I'm back down to 150.2. Got to work on what I choose to eat when we go out!!
