Hi all! My name is Beth, I'm a photographer and Mom of 4. I have always been fairly fit. did full contact kickboxing for 8 years. (had two babies during that time, so some of that 8 years wasn't so much "full contact" as it was just training and working out) The studio I trained at closed down a year ago, my youngest baby is now 2 1/2 and I'm 37 years old, which I think all contributed to my weight. I'm really struggling to lose right now. I would love to lose 20 lbs, but would be even happier to lose 30 and be back to the weight I was when I got married 14 years ago.
I'm trying to eat healthy, but apparently I'm addicted to food! I do exercise some and just this week got in 4 days of 1/2 hours worth of exercise and plan on going for it again tomorrow for 5 days straight. yay!
So I'm happy to have found this place and I sure hope it helps in my journey!
