There's a song called Higher by Taio Cruz. I LOVE that song. It's a great get up and go song. Love power walking to it.

It's funny i asked this very question last night! I really really like listening to Eminem when I work out. And I go right for the explicit versions... not sure what it is about him but it really pumps me up  Good luck!

It depends what gets you pumped. I myself love to work out to heavy rock like Five Finger Death Punch, Bullet for my Valentine, or Atreyu because it feels like they are screaming at me to work harder!

I agree with 80's as well. Also like Pink, Lady GaGa, Black eyed peas. When I go running I also like some older songs like Dont stop believin (journey), it takes two (rob base), bust a move, all fired up (pat benetar), build me up buttercup, come on eileen, sweet caroline (neil diamond), brown eyed girl, footloose, rumpshaker....hope this helps

I like 70's rock when I'm lifting - Rolling Stones, Doors, Jimi, etc. When I do cardio I lean towards country - Chesney, Paisley, Rucker, etc.

Your song choices are all of my loves!! Prince, Salt and Peppa, and the ultimate king of pop Michael Jackson. Not only do I rock out to them at the gym, but I also have sing alongs in the car! :) Awesome choices
