on the right path

two weeks into this and no weight loss yet. I do however feel that I'm heading in the right direction and soon enough the weight will come off. The past two weeks I've stuck with my goals of not eating after 8:00 in front of the tv with an endless supply of food. No longer am I drinking pop because I have replaced it with water. I'm sticking to going to the gym three days a week and doing cardio for at least thirty minutes. If anything comes of this I am eating healthier than I have in a long time. I hope to continue down this path and I'm sure the weight loss will follow in good time.

Have you measured yourself? Sometimes even when you are not losing weight you may still lose inches.0

No I haven't measured myself I'm just going by how my clothes fit. Thanks for all the positive support it' nice to have people to talk with that are going in the same direction.0
