    Awesome! I wish I could get my hubby on board. He is in a way because I still do all the cooking and I only cook one meal...so no 'special meal' for me and whatever for him. He gets the benefits of the healthier food. :)

    Thanks for all the congratulations. We are pleased to have made a big lifestyle change, no fads, no strange diets... Just good honest hard work, exercise and good nutrition. Shows it can be done with time.

    the two of you should be basking in the glow of your accomplishments!! there's nothing as powerful as pictures and the Before and After are truly a testament to the benefits of healthy living. I wholeheartedly congratulate you. It is a special thing that you shared your endeavor together, I would imagine that not only did it strengthen your bodies, but your relationship as well.
