Guilt Free Banana Bread!

I don't know about you, but I love me some banana bread! And I feel no guilt eating this! Enjoy! :drinker:
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cup smashed bananas
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 cup sugar free applesauce
3 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In larger bowl, mix together bananas, egg whites, splenda, applesauce and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until moistened. Pour into sprayed 8x4x2 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min until toothpick comes out clean.
***For an extra treat, I add about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips!

SkinnyTaste.com has an almost identical recipe, but she doesn't use artificial sweetners. So, it raises the caloric value some, but I think it tastes better and is healthier.0
