Hey! I am a recent college graduate who put on some serous extra weight during the last few very social very fun months of college. Since graduating I have moved to the Atlanta Area, and gotten a job at a Personal Training studio doing office management, PR, Marketing, and Media. I am a Sports Journalism/PR major and love being active, playing any sport or game, reading, writing, and learning! I am working on my personal training certification, and I know that my best "marketing" tool in myself. I am here to get that perfect advertising tool on a consistent track.
I have already dropped pounds since January by cleaning up my diet. I eat high protein, very clean, Paleo diet. This is just a great way to keep track of calories and fat. ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Consistency is my one flaw. I get very excited and motivated on a plan or subject but then life gets in the way. I already keep a record of all that I eat and the exercise I do but this is such a fantastic resource to keep myself on track!
I am very knowledgeable about workouts, fitness, and nutrition. I would love to help anyone who has questions!

I am pleased to hear you're getting on well. I love the fact as well that you can record what you eat and stay within the calorie goal each day that you have set yourself. I am doing spin classes twice a week and gym workout two days i.e. rowing machin and bikes. The weight is coming off slowly although I did put some on over the Christmas so i am hoping when I see my dietician int two weeks time I am back to where I need to be.0
