When to exercise?? Before breakfast or after!

What are your thoughts about when to eat breakfast, before or after exercise!!

    I usually exercise 30-40 min after eating breakfast. i dont do well exercising and drinking water on an empty stomach..and i drink alot of water during my workouts...sometimes i will have a fruit snack after the workout though, or i space it out good enough to where its nearly time for lunch and i'll have my protein shake...works best for me

    The rule of thumb is I like cardio before as the body hits the fat stores for energy better. Strength training after so you your glycogen stores are up which is needed for better strength performance.

    For weight loss though I personally think before breakfast for either works well. Strength suffers a little but not enough to matter for most.

    I like to exercise before breakfast, as soon as I get up. It's never bothered me.

    Thanks guys really appreciate the feedback. I walk my daughter to school which is 1/2 an hour away from my home and really don't get to eat or drink anything before I leave.
