Hiya all, I'm new here. Just joined up 2 days ago after I spotted a few friends were using MFP, and I'm loving it so far, although it's showing me just how badly I've been doing when I thought I was already trying to be good and cut down!
I'm also doing C25K, and I'm up to week 3, loving that too, although I sometimes need a bit of a kick to actually get out and do it, I always feel great once I'm actually out there
Hoping that MFP helps me to get where I want to be, so far, it looks like it might
