Too much cheese?

I eat Trader Joes part skim shredded mozzarella cheese. I've had it with two out of three of my major meals almost every day this week and I was just wondering if eating that much cheese would have some negative effects in terms of weight loss. I really love my cheese it motivates me to make and eat a salad when I normally wouldnt!

As long as your within your calories, I don't see it as a problem. It has protein and fat which will help you to feel full longer, so that's good.0

i eat cheese everyday. every. day. sometimes multiple times a day. it hasn't hindered my weight loss at all (30 pounds).0

I LOVE CHEESE! It makes me feel satisfied and the taste is just yummy. I find it to be a nice snack in the afternoon and I also like the Trader Joe brand you refer to. It's not like you're eating orange American cheese, so I think if it's healthy and fills you up , go for it! Also, lots of evidence now that eating fat actually helps you lose fat faster. Someone just wrote a really long blog about this yesterday... it was interesting.0

wow thats good to know!! i am only eating the serving size and maybe HALF a serving size more sometimes with the meals but theres so much info out there about whats good and not so good so i didnt wanna take a chance that i was eating too much

lol i eat a serving or two per day. i just watch my sodium a bit :laugh:0
