That's not bad! It's delicious! Although I try to keep it more like 2 tblsp. I really love PB with an apple too!!!!

Not at all, as long as it is natural peanut butter.

Agreed, it's not too bad. About 400 calories. Just try to keep your fat down the rest of the day since PB is primarily a fat.

log it and see how many calories it was. sounds like a healthy snack to me but maybe next time use a bit less peanut butter.

I totally thought this post was going to be something drastic...like "a whole pint of ice cream" or "an entire chocolate cake". LOL

Basically, I was just trying to find something that made me feel better about my lowfat blueberry muffin indulgence for lunch.

Oh, and try better n' peanut butter if you need a PB fix.....great substitute for like way less fat and calories :) But, really, your choice was not the worst!! (and I bet it was yummy! LOL)

as mentioned - It all depends on the PB! You want natural not skippy or Jiff

I eat Peanut butter almost every day. It's an awesome part of a healthy diet. It's got healthy monounsaturated fats and Omega-3's, as well as a decent amount of protein. As long as it was natural, it was good. Learn to love the peanut butter :)
