I just ran 50 minutes without stopping once!!!!!!!!! I told myself I would run for 10, then 20, then 30, then 40 and finally 50! I would've kept running except I was getting serious blisters on my feet! My heart rate stayed at about 168-170bpm the entire time and it felt awesome!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, just had to share!:love::love: :drinker: :blushing:

    And so you should share, that is a FANTASTIC achievement well done you. All great achievements big and small should be shared and celebrated! Keep it up and once those blisters are sorted you will be able to do 60mins.

    I know how you feel, I've finally mastered 35 mins on the elliptical, I feel like queen of the world even if others can go 60 mins lol

    Don't get injured.

    Really well done for effort, but it's not usually advised that people increase distance by five-fold just like that.

    You may have noticed all the newbie runners threads on plantar faciitis, ITB trouble, knee trouble, hip pain... That's because people don't respect that distance is build slowly.
