I usually watch tv while riding the stationery bike b/c it just distracts from my butt hurting on the seat (I hate the seat!) haha. I like anything thats upbeat but mostly hard rock helps!

I watch tv while on the exercise bike too. I keep telling myself that I'll go until the end of the show. When I feel like I'm ready to quit, I'll make the deal with myself to keep going until the end of the nex set of commericials. Whatever works for each of us I guess.

I know it's pretty sad but recently one of favourite working out songs is miley cyrus who owns my heart. It's upbeat and has a good beat to pace to.

I love TV On the Radio!! I think I have listened to Return to Cookie Mountain a million times.

I have to admit that I have been listening to pop music while working out lately. Beyonce, Kanye West, Lady Gaga... My current favorite is "Stronger" by Kanye West. I dare anyone to listen to that while running and not get motivated! "Chinese Burn" by Curve, "Bodyrock" by Moby, and "Boyz" by MIA are other favorites.
