SOo Thursday at work my boss is asking me how much I've lost, what habits I was changing and saying that I look really good and he could see the change in my over all appearance. I had a "glow" about me...which to me really rocked!! :) YAY

But anyways.. a co-worker is who is notoriously putting her foot in her mouth comes over to join the conversation (uninvited of course) and tells me "Yeah you don't look so puffy"

WTF was the first thing that ran thru my mind and then "damn my boss is right there, who is a pastor, i can't curse her out" LOL

I wanted to leap over that desk and punch her in the face! But she continues on stating that my wrists and hands were thinner...wth why is she looking at myhands all the time. NEVER in my life have myhands or wrists been puffy, if anything they were always the thinnest part of my body. Even at my heaviest I could always wear a size 7 ring comfortably, never had extenders on my bracelets.

Oh well I just had to remind myself to roll with the punches that life throws at me and make light of it... so we sang "puff the magic dragon" all day at work and they called me P-Diddy all day :laugh:

Thank God for great co-workers...

    Sounds better than the one I work with...

    She has yet to acknowledge that I look less, puffy - fluffy - fat - or whatever adjective she might choose to use. I've worked with her for 5 years. We sit right next to each other ALL DAY LONG!!! Worse yet, when people started noticing that I lost weight. She stopped speaking to me and started sabotaging and undermining me at work. Things got so bad that all of our division bosses had to talk to her and even after that the BIG BOSS had to call her into a meeting and tell her to knock it off!!

    Things have gotten a lot better since then but she has yet to acknowledge the weight loss OR to apologize for being such a meanie!!
