Hello ladies and gents! I hope everyone had a good week. My name is Kayla, I'm new to this site, and for once I'm actually excited about getting involved with an online diet place. My goal is to loose 120lbs and I know its going to be difficult but if and when I make it the sacrifices will all be worth it. :happy: Does anyone have suggestions on exercise I think that will probably be my most difficult task.

    Welcome! I think the most important thing is to find something you enjoy so you will look forward to exercising. What do you like to do or think you might like to do? :)

    I generally hate exercise but have found that Zumba is the thing for me. A group of ladies I work with do it together and we have the best time. We have found that it doesnt matter if we cant follow the moves exactly, we just keep moving! And we laugh like crazy because we all look so silly. I think the key to exercise is to find something you enjoy and can possibly do with others. Good luck!
