Sorry if this is a silly question, but what is it?
I'm only asking because I've seen it mentioned a few times and I've never heard of it0 -
I have done insanity and P90x and P90x Plus. All great :-) I am currently doing RevAbs from Beachbody. THe instructor is Brett Horbel the new trainer on BL and so far I really like it0

These are all fitness workouts. My fitness is shocking and wondered which one offers the best results for weightless and even a little muscle building0

Insanity or turbo Fire is not for the light hearted or people with low fitness levels. They are very intense programs.0

I heard that but with that said, we've all gotta start somewhere.

I'm currently on Insanity, it's tough but then you can modify things until you are fit/flexible/strong enough to do the exact move. I'd recommend that or p90x since I've heard so much good stuff about both. Insanity's more cardio focused, and p90x is more for muscle building/strength.0

I do Turbo Jam! When I 1st started I struggled sooo much with even the 20 minutes... now I can do the 45 minute! Definately recommend Turbo Jam! I also find it really addictive and it puts me in an amazing mood! I was sooo unfit before I started this! Good luck with what ever you choose xxx0

Hey Hun! Not a silly question at all!
All the names mentioned here are workout DVDs which you can find on Beachbody website (Search in google) I saw in another post you was interested in Jillians DVD's I havnt actually done any of her workouts so cannot comment but Turbo Jam is great no matter what size/ how unfit u are! All thru the workouts they have easier ways of doing things for those who have just started. xxxx0 -

oh great! I just got my turbofire in the mail Thursday and was planning on starting it Monday. I hope I can hang with it, I will just have to give it my best shot. Wish me luck..........I will need it.0 -

I think Turbo Jam is what they advise u 2 start with before Turbo Fire, so basically Turbo Fire is more intense! Apparently Turbo Fire has alot more drills. Take a look at the below artice.
