Hi Bob, welcome!
I didn't think ANYONE ever "looked forward to losing weight"! LOL, but, that being said, MFP makes it "almost" easy, as well as fun, to lose weight.
I recommend logging all your foods BEFORE you have them, rather than later, as it tends to lead to better food choices. Drink lots of water too, it helps.0 -
