Hi! I'm fairly new here...

I joined maybe a week ago and love this site! It is so nice to not have to crash diet or only eat certain things to lose weight! I was pretty shocked actually at how simple this is. I want to change my bad eating habits and lose weight, but I had no idea that once you exersize, the calories you burned, you have to take back in! This doesn't make sense, but I have a friend who is following it and she has lost quite a bit of weight already!
I'm hoping to make some new friends on here so we can support each other in reaching our goals!
