Come over and see me! They're mostly (all at the moment! ) for main courses or soups. And all of them tasty! I hope you find them helpful.

    Bump for later, thanks!
  • I've added a recipe for Pork & Apple burgers. We had them on Friday and they were delicious.

Yesterday I cooked Pasta Arrabiata - that was really simple:
Fry a chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic and some chilli (to taste) in FryLight, or 1/2 tbsp of chilli oil, if you want an extra kick. Add a can of chopped tomatoes and 2 Tbsp green pesto. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste
Boil some pasta. Add sauce. Delicious! I added 1/2 a ball of mozzarella (about 150g between two of us) but that's not necessary
  • And there's more - a really easy paté/spread recipe and Chicken Saltimbocca. That's lovely. I hope you enjoy them.

    See you at fatdormouse.blogspot.com
  • Good Lord, it seems like I'm doing a lot of self promotion!!! However, I thought that if I kept letting you know when I posted recipes folk might be interested. If not, I'll just talk to myself!

This one is a nice vegetarian dish, or an accompaniment to cold (or hot) meat that's really easy to make. It comes out at just under 300 calories, which isn't too bad for a main meal. I hope you enjoy it - we did!

Thanks for posting. Looking forward to trying your recipes. This site is a great site to get and give ideas. Thanks!
  • Here's a fishy one - Oriental Baked Fish (I use salmon, but the recipe says to use cod. I guess you could use whichever fish you like best.)
  • There's another on there for a delicious Pork, Apple & Herb meatloaf. It is yummy!

Can not seem to link to your blog :-( .... Tried 6-7 xs.
  • Sorry about that maeadair. Here's the link again: http://fatdormouse.blogspot.com/ I've tried copying & pasting it into the bar and it worked for me. Try again...let me know if there's still a problem.

I've added some salmon recipes - some more low calorie than others, I must admit, but all very delicious!
