Ok So we went out clubbin last night, which means drinks and dancing..(woot)

We were out till about 3am , So should I separate those calories I consumed and dancing (as my exercise) into yesterday and today ?

Or does it really matter where it goes as long as I add it ?
I will not be having a workout today, so the dancing could be used ..
Anyways I am a little confused ...

Thank you !

  • In order to get your correct summaries, you should break it out. So starting at 12:00 calculate your caloric amount and cals you think you burned dancing

It doesn't really matter as long as you track it. If you're not working out today, I would put the midnight-3am dancing on today just so you have some workout time in for today. But in the end, it's more about tracking all that goes in and out for the week.

I track my day from when i get up to when I go to sleep, even if it crosses over 12am. So I would log anything you burned dancing to the same day. Just know that if you were drinking, you probably weren't burning any fat at the same time. Alcohol slows down your fat burn by up to 72%.
