No but I was on Xenical (the prescription version) twice...lost loads, then put it all back on again plus some...soooooo I recommend counting cals, exercising to tone......its a quick fix..its not a permanent solution.0

I have tried Xenical and Alli---ugh-couldn't stand what it did to me if you slip up and eat something with fat in it. I do not even want to explain or describe it here.0

I haven't used it but a coworker of mine did and she crapped herself. Couldn't get to the bathroom in time and yes, she had on white pants!:noway: :laugh:0

Good choice.
I mean, being thin is nice, but not if you're shettin in your pants.0 -
My sister is a nurse & a bunch of them took it at the same time - they all had to wear pads to work for that reason. Some things just aren't worth it!!!!0

As someone named Alli (I've had some success, as a person named Alli), these posts always get my attention.... And they're not about me! :-o0

Sorry...that just cracks me UPPP....I also tried it and did lose some weight, thankfully with no "special effects". However, you do gain it back rather quickly when you stop taking it. It's pretty spendy, I think, for the short lived results.0 -

Not unless you give people the sharts.0 -

I do not feel these things are good for you. I used a lot of different drugs and gimmics. Lost weight and gained back double.
This time I followed MFP to the T......and lost 36 pounds and kept it off for over 1.5 years. Life smacked me hard upside the head with a mini stroke, heart surgery....returned to work to the announcement that our office would be closed, worried for 2 months, got a gret job in the same company, and had 1 month of occular migraines and sickness where I prob should have been in the hospital.
This being said.....I ONLY gained 10 pounds and because of MFP it was just because I could not exercise. My food remained relativaly (sp)_ good because of all the support I received here.
My advice? Log your food, eat better food, exercise every day even if only for 20 minutes, MAKE SOME FRIENDS on MFP, and watch the weight melt off!!
It you do not change your life you will continue with the yo yo way of life forever.
But if you decide to take the ALLI please don't sit next to me on the bus  I had a friend go to Disney with me and she pooted on the bus on the way back to the hotel (thank God) she had to stink-poo-poo pants back to the hotel and clean up.
You can do this!!:flowerforyou:0
