challenge me! day 1!

I want someone to challenge me (example: "I challenge you to do X minutes of cardio" or "I challenge you to do 50 crunches" or whatever)

I'm going to do one of these each day just because 1) i think itd be fun. 2) itd change things up from my normal routine, and 3) clearly give me a challenge.

I cannot do squats or lunges (or anything that is high impact on my knees) but arms, abs, cardio etc. are open game
i can do legs as well, but just have to be careful. nothing that makes me bend my knees while putting weight on them.

since clearly there will probably be more then just one response ...I will do 3 of the things I am challenged in this post. how i will pick which 3 is either which ever 3 gets suggested the most, or if none are suggested more then once, i will do whatever i havent done recently, or whatever i think will give me the most challenge

    I challenge you to go for a 2 mile walk! You can use "Mapmywalk.com" to find a 2 mile loop around your neighborhood!

    im definitely doing this one! We had planned on going for a walk anyways, but probably not a 2 mile walk! I can do it though!

    Not sure how realistic this one is since i dont know if you have a pool near you or if you have access to one but if you do..i challenge you to spend 30 minutes swimming you'll burn almost 400 calories!!! Best part is all the joints are supported so you don't have to worry injuries or anything! Plus its fun :)

  • Challenge you to do the most situps you can and I will do double of what you can do.....what a challenge, since I think I can do 25 without a cramp!!!! Good luck!!! Luv your idea!

    i challenge you to run up and down the stairs 15 times! (that's up then back down equals 1!!!)
