so I have lost about 60lb so far and the inches have dropped too just not so dramatically! (all my weight has come off my legs arms face shoulders and back). Which brings mean to my problem when I started my journey 18 months ago I was literally like a magnum Ice cream all my measurements were the same (Bust waist hips) since then I have lost 6 inches off my bust (cup size still the same), 8 inches off my waist but only 2 off my hips! whilst I love my new found curves I need a way to lose the inches off my hips! I'm currently doing the 30 day shred which I love any suggestions for additional exercises. Another point to consider I still have 60lb left to lose to reach goal weight and then a further 14lb to get to "ideal" weight is it possible my butt will eventually fall in line?

Men naturally put weight on in their gut, Women naturally put weight on in their butt. It is also the last place where the weight will come off for both.0

Yeah we lose from different places at different rates. When I started weight training, I really saw the inches come off. Just stick with it, it will eventually come off from where you want it to. Another thing to consider is that once you stop losing weight, your fat will redistribute. I was very small on top and very big on the bottom but when I went on maintenance, it evened out a little.0
