Has anyone had success with "30 day shred" and/or "banish fat boost metabolism"? How often do you do the DVDS?
I was thinking of adding one or both of these dvds to my weekly exercise routine.... Wanted opinions first.
Also looking at the "shred it with weights" dvd. Don't know if I'll have time to do them everyday... But I was planning on doing them on the weekends... EVENTUALLY every morning.

I LOVE both these dvds. I was fairly new to exercise when I started the 30 day shred and it proved a great introduction. Its by no means easy, its quite an intense work out. But because it is only 20 mins and in a circuit format, just as I was about to admit defeat during one exercise we were on to the next, so it was do-able. I bought BFBM after completeing the shred and its style is similar in that its in a circuit format, but it mainly consentrates on cardio work. This is also a tough, intensive work out, and as its 40 mins not 20 its a step up from the shred in terms of endurance. But I recommend both whole heartedly. I try to do them 5 times a week, depending on time I either just do one level of the shred - which ever level I feel like at the time, or if I have a bit longer I mix up 2 shred levels back to back or do BFBM. No more trouble zones is also a great addition to the mix as that it is mailny strength, but I don't do that one as often as 30DS and BFBM.0

Both workouts are great! I'm doing the Shred now, today will be day 26, level 3. I have a back injury from a car accident so I missed a couple days because of flare-ups, other than that I've done it every day since I started. I love it, level 3 is definitely not easy!!! I had to adjust a couple of the exercises so my back can handle doing them, but it is an amazing workout. I can really tell I'm toning up by doing it.
I do the Shred every day and rotate other exercises in with it. BFBM is one of my favorites to add in. Here's a list of my favorite DVD's (in random order),
30 Day Shred
BFBM
Kettlenetics with Michelle Khai
Danskin Now Kettlebell workout w/ 10# kettlebell
Bob Harper's Inside Out Method Body Rev Cardio Conditioning

And I just picked up Personal Training with Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training. I watched it and i looks like it's going to be added to the favorites list.0
