Heart Rate Monitor and BMR question

This might be a dumb question, but if i wear my heart rate monitor while i'm cleaning are those calories burned that show up on my HRM in addition to my BMR?

No I dont think so.
But a BMR of 1200 translates to 50 cals an hour, so its a fairly minimal adjustment.0 -
no... unless you never clean and then yeah...but I am sure cleaning is part of a regular routine for you and almost anyone out there0
