New - 6 wk green smoothie f(e)ast & Running for Mortals

Hi all!

I am new here. I'm starting a 6 wk green smoothie plan with help of a great raw foodist coach. I'm also starting the weight loss exercise plan in Running for Mortals, which I am very excited about! I've tried C25K in the past and usually get stuck at week 3, so I'm hoping this plan might be the one that helps me make continued (though slower!) progress. I really want to do a 5K.

Question: For facebook sharing, what info does it give to others? Just weight loss (not the actual weight??) and exercise?

    When you say you get stuck at week 3, what do you mean?

    good luck with your plan, just be careful about eating "fad" stuff. If you can't eat like the plan for the rest of your life you could be facing a weight gain once you get off of it. Plain old calorie reduction with exercise works for everyone.

    Thanks. I fully intend to be vegan for the rest of my life and high raw (70-80%). The only things I'll be adding back in will be nuts and things that don't turn into smoothies - but no wheat, dairy, or meat. It's just not what I want for my life.
