32 Calorie Cauliflower Fritters Mmm!

Options
OMG, made this tonight....SOOOOO good! I saw the original recipe at http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/02/cauliflower-fritters-25.html

I tweaked it to make it lower calories. My substitutes are below:

1. No oil, I used PAM
2. Used 1/2 cup egg beaters instead of regular egg
3. Used 1 tbsp of romano cheese...not 1/2 cup
4. Used 2/3rd cup white flour, added 1/2 cup of panko crumbs too( You can just use 1 cup flour though instead of panko)
5. Added sun dried tomatos

Sounds good. Wonder what it would taste like if you used almond meal instead of flour
