I'm starting work now. I'm trying to get in around 1:30-2 am but I'm running behind this morning.

I keep promising myself someday I'll sleep in, but with 2 kids and a husband who doesn't like to get up early I doubt sleeping in past 4:30 am is even possible

    COFFEE TIME :drinker:

I just can't sleep. My husband gets up at 3, so at this point I don't want to go to bed and wake him up right before his alarm goes off. I have insomnia really bad. However, I am only given 15 sleeping pills a month, so I have to limit myself to 3 a week. Some nights I can sleep and some nights I am like a hoot owl!

it's not so late here in Cali, but sort of, and especially since I have a early morning Yoga class... so I really should get to sleep. I'm up late surfing forums in MFP, of course, because I just discovered how great this site is! But the main reason is that tomorrow is a holiday, so it feels like a weekend night. Have a great night! Good luck with your fitness goals all!

    I'm studying :/
  • I'm in California, too, but I'm also just a night owl. There are usually a lot of people in the UK on at this time of night, too, because it's morning there. : ) -Becky

I'm at work. It's 3am here. I work 10pm-6am Sunday through Thursday. I pretty much hang out here all night. I work front desk at a hotel, so the spurts of actual work are few and far between.

What sleeping pills are you on? Seroquel which is also used as an anti-depressant in high doses is used for sleeping in low doses and really helps my husband (ambien and sonata don't phase him) - they would probably give you more than 15 at that point as well since its not a "sleeping medicine'

I work third shift 6:30p to 6:30a. We're not always so busy so I troll MFP forums & blogs to pass my time!

I live in NZ it's only 9pm here so it's not too late as yet. Our guests have just left from my dinner party. TIme to relax and ignore the dishes!

I take Restoril. I am only given 15 because I am a recovering addict. I just celebrated 3 years clean. My doctor finally trusts me again. I am lucky I am getting 15.
