New mum trying to lose baby weight

Hi, I'm mother of a 7-month old, signed up to lose the baby weight (still about 8-9kg over pre-baby weight) in 2 months.
Hoping this will give me the motivation I need!

  • Welcome!! This site is a amazing help for me and ihope it is for you. It really opened my eyes to what i was actually eating. I hate going over calories lol if i see that i do i get up and work out again. LOL... Its a addicting thing. I wish you all the best on your journey of weight loss.
  • Welcome. I am also trying to lose my baby weight. I have a little more than you~!~ =) But good luck. I jogged with a jogging stroller for the first tme today.
  • Just wanted to say that I lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks at around 7 months postpartum by doing the 30 Day Shred every morning during my baby's nap. It takes 25 minutes so for me, it was enough time for a workout and then a shower before he woke up. Then we got on with our day. When I lost all the weight, I continued with the 30 day shred 3 days a week to maintain my weight.
