It looks great and it's easy functioning even i could find what i was looking for hehe - love it.
Will we be able to see a " chart " of all of us- the progress or something - like a table /chart of all of us and names- / every week's # ?
It would be nice to be able to see how everyone's doing - reading the posts is ok , but you can't really " see " everyone's progress
this is only a question/suggestion/wiss - if it is possible .. but don't understand me wrong everything you did so far is great

I entered my weight on the website as well.
CW: 165 - Yeah I lost one pound. Finally off 166. I started doing more cardio rather than circuit training. I think the change up in exercise helped.

looks like i finally broke that stinking Plateau!!!!! down to 170.6(analog scale) and 173.8 down from 178.2 on the digital...all in all its a loss!!!!!!!!!!!!0

You are all doing a spectacular job ! What we are doing isn't easy and I applaud all your hard work !
Spring is just around the bend----You know what's great about that ....those with freezing cold winters and snow will soon be able to bring the exercise up to a new level....the outdoor one...lol......it is going to be a fabulous way to change it up.....walking, bking, rollerblading(my favorite), jogging, swimming, outdoor tennis....it is going to be fantastic ! I don't know about any of you but being inside all the time and doing my DVD's or going to the gym is getting a little stale...Awwwwwwwww....the srping will bring lots of hope and new challenges !

I'm in this weight loss challange at my gym.. my goal was to lose 40 lbs in 12 weeks i was shooting for a 15 % loss to get the first prize- paid cruise 5 nighs for 2 and a 1000 $ - i don't care for the cruise part . i just want to win and the 1000 $ wouln't hurt .. my goal would be to use it for a personal trainer certification - that is my " long term " goal - i would love to be a personal trainer.. it's just something i know i'm good at i know i have it in me ..
but i have less than 40 days left *( weigh in is april 5 ) and i have barely lost 8 lbs ! it's not going quite as i have hoped .. starting tomorrow i'm stepping it up- even more- getting more serious/ food/ workout/ sleep !
I don't think about the summer yet- this is my first goal i have to worry about now-0 -

Fell off the wagon last night and had food from the fish and chip shop!! Hardly slept cos felt bloated and full all night!! Grrr I'm so mad at myself!!! Gonna go on the treadmill today and try and burn as much of it off!!0 -

YEAH!!!! Back down to 166!!!!
We moved recently and our new neighborhood has a bunch of hills and I cannot wait to walk around. Last summer I would walk 5 miles a day before work!!!! Love to walk!!!!
I also bought a pair of shorts, actual shorts!!!! They are hanging in my workout room!!!!

Congrats ! That is awesome ! So exciting ! This site though would be good for you to keep track of what you are eating throughout your pregnancy.... so you won't gain 60lbs like I did on my first pregancy.... I am paying the price for eating what I wanted for 9 months.... take it from me....be reasonable....having a baby doesn't mean eating for two....lol.... it means good healthy nutrition...:) Good luck ! When is the baby due ?0 -

Sorry about not having the correct date for today's weigh-in. My sister got married this weekend and I didn't have a chance to add in the new date.

Just popping in to report I'm FINALLY seeing some weight loss instead of losing and gaining the same two pounds. I am down two below that, actually reset my scale because I thought it was a mistake, but no, I'm finally seeing some movement! It's great, even though I *thought* some of my clothes were fitting better, seeing the scale move definitely brought in some energy.
Now I wanted to start adding in a strength training video, but I'm having enough trouble just getting myself to the gym regularly (not having too much trouble with diet this time around, thank goodness). Any advice on motivation to step up the exercise regimen?0 -
Leuce7, try fitting things in around your workouts rather than the other way around! I find it works much better!! So if you know you're going to the gym at say 5.30pm, don't make plans to do anything else until after 6.30pm!! Or try and squeeze in a workout first thing, if you know you have something planned that evening or you're working late! That's the only way I find I'm sticking to my gym plan is to either do it before work if I know I'm out that night, or working late, or to go straight from work and make plans for after it! x0
