hey guys,
Does anyone know the calorie burn when using the riser on the wii fit balance board? I don't have a heart rate monitor yet.
Cheers guys.

It does increase the calorie burn, but not sure how much. I have one for my Wii Fit board, but I also use a HRM. Sorry I can't really help more than that.0

i don't have an hrm either, but when i do the free step with my 4 inch riser, i log it as "aerobis, low impact". for example, if i do 20 mins free step without the rise, the wii fit board says i burn 102 cals. if i log aerobics, low impact for 20 mins, it gives me 164 cals. i also do big arm movements the entire time. like pump my arms, over head curls, that kind of thing. (i hold my tv remote in the other hand to balance out the weight) hope this helps!0
