Multiple Exercise Programs??

Does anyone do more than one exercise program in a day?
Right now, I'm doing P90 (not P90X) and wanted to see about maybe adding an additional program to really jump start things.
Would this be too much??

I do multiple.. I do jillian Micheal's... and then some stuff I found on netflix0

Like different programs at the same time? As long as you're eating well, you can exercise all you want, I'd think. But if you're thinking of just adding something else into the mix, I know several people that alternate between P90X, Insanity, ChaLean Extreme, and TurboFire. They just work what they want to on a particular day from any of the given programs in order to stay active.0

I think it depends on what you want to add. I have heard the P90X is pretty intense... But I myself got o curves every day, attend aquasize twice per week... have an aerobic class once per week... and on the days in between, I try to do one of my bigest loser dvds or get out for a walk, etc... It's been good for me so far!0

I do Insanity and Turbo Fire in the same day sometimes or Zumba and Turbo Fire. I've mixed it all up, depends on how I feel that day!0
