Hi, Everyone, hope this one is the trick. Nice and easy to use and lots of support. Have been overweight for many, many years, and have tried just about everything out there. I go to the gym 2 or 3 times per week, but don't eat very well. Hope my new eating habits will influence my family to eat better, too.

Welcome....When I started I only ate dinner and did not go to the gym at all... MFP has changed y eating and my gym habits...I go at least 3 times per week and I am going to start going more cause when I dont go I dont sleep well...Your gonna love it here. Ill send you a friend request....0

Welcome! This is a great site. Everyone here is very supportive and helpful. It really amazed me to see what I actually was eating when I kept track. It helps you to avoid stuff when you can see how unhealthy it is. Good luck and healthy eating.0
