Its good., it is protein that helps you digest food. :)
  • how much is too much? I over eat on protein up to 140grams total each day. Depends on your size , weight goal and exercise goal, but if I am going to overeat on anything it is protein!!

everything too much amounts is bad. But if you exercise and lift weights it would go to building your body.

Depends on a lot of things: are you trying to build muscle? Lose weight?

Also, where is the protein coming from? Lean sources (chicken breast, turkey, fish, non fat yogurt, nut butters, etc) are ideal, whereas red beef, high fat dairy, and processed meats are not ideal.

Lean protein will keep you satiated, but too much (of anything!) will make you gain if you are in energy (caloric) imbalance.

Probably a ridiculous amount - yes. But it's by far the thing you should be thinking 'Can I have too much of...?' the least. I love the stuff, and convinced it's the main ingredient in weight loss! I try to have as much as possible - egg whites, tuna, lean meat - I even make my own protein brownies! Good luck

Yeah, maybe I can veganise it.

My protein is set to 10% of my diet, and I'm thrilled when I go over. Ofc, I'm vegan, it's different for omnis, since protein is more readily available.

You would have to be a protein addict to ever get to much protein.... nobody accidently consumes "to much" protein.

consume AT LEAST 1 gram per lbs of ideal body weight.
so if you want to be 130lbs you need to at least consume 130 grams

Protein bar recipe! I think it's pretty vegan-friendly, bar one egg. They're tasty!
