Hello! Newbie Here!

Just thought I'd say HI!

I actually joined last Monday, Day 1. I am 36, 183 pounds and trying to look a little more like I did 10years ago! I have an unconventional and slightly alternative lifestyle...... and the weight gain is not from children but from focusing on work.

SO..... here I am week two. I'm a little disappointed that in week one I was unable to pull even a one pound weight loss. I did eat better, but cheated I guess a little more than I should have. Went to the gym 4 days, cardio an hour each day. So hopefully this week will be better!
