hmm so I was brought down from 2090 calories to 1960, and for the past several days I have been up several lbs. I havent strayed from the calorie window...whats going on? I have been doing enough exercise to keep out of starvation mode if that helps or anything

It can take a bit for your body to register the new levels. Could be water retention. Could be sodium. Could be you just drank a lot of water... Give it a couple weeks. Have patience Grasshopper! Great job so far!!0
