When to eat calories you burn from exercise

My current exercise plan is to workout in the evening, after all my meals and before bed. That being said, If I know I will be burning a certain number of calories, should I make them up during the day even though I havent yet worked out? Or should I not even bother with them? Or should I eat them the next day? I'm just a little confused.
Also, MFP has me eating about 1500 calories a day, if that makes any difference..
Thanks in advance!

I recommend eating about 1/2 of your anticipated calories spread out over your meals. If you find that doing so isn't effective (ie: you don't burn as much as you thought or you cancel workouts often), then try eating them as a shake after your workout maybe. I always suggest leaving 1/2 your exercise calories as a cushion against over/under estimating intake/expenditure.0

Thanks! that sounds good! I just want sure how crucial it was to make up those calories.. because I dont want to under eat and starve my body of things it needs, but I also dont really want to eat more than I have to because I need to lose the weight! Your answer was super helpful though!0

What is stopping you from exercising in the morning? It works for me as it kick starts my day. I find that when I postpone my exercise until the end of the day, too many things get in the way of it actually happening.0
