Just read about myfitnesspal in my magazine so I had to try it out! I am on day one and it is helping! Looking to finally lose the baby weight (but my "baby" is now 2!!). I want to get back to my size prebaby before I get preggers again!

LOL, don't worry...I'm looking to lose my baby fat (and my babies are now 18 and 16yrs). Good Luck! I have found this site to be an awesome tool in tracking my calories and exercise0

Talk all your friends into joining and be the first to call people out for bad food choices. Then you'll be less likely to make them yourself because they are all waiting to call you out!! hahahaha!
Getting the calories right are hard at first, but all mistakes can be cured with exercise. If i ate more than I should have then I made myself get on the elliptical or treadmill and burn every one of those mistakes off! After a few days you'll look at what your about to eat and think "that is just not worth what Im going to have to do to get away with it".0 -
