Just make sure you adjust your calories to account for the lack of workout time. No reason to yell at all as the app assumes a sedentary lifestyle (i.e. no workouts) so you will be fine.0

two months isn't that bad. Ive been working out for 15 years but I have taken months breaks in between because Life Happens. Keep in mind that muscle has memory so when you get back to it you will get there quicker. That's something to look forward to as well as your great trip your planning. Sorry I couldn't get down on you. :noway:0

You could squeeze at least a 20 min workout every morning or night, like the 30 day shred or something similar.0

I know when I was working on my thesis, I actually looked forward to a workout so I could get rid of my frustrations! I bet you find time for a little something, even though it seems unlikely right now.0

I got masters with a full time job and seven children at home. There was still time for a 30 minute session.0

Jump rope! 10 minutes = 150 calories.0

I wonder if thinking really hard burns more calories? I wouldn't worry to much. We'll be here for you when you get back. Just try sticking to the diet I guess.0

There's always time to do something. It's all about prioritizing.0

there's no way you cant fit in exercise...
I call shenanigans. lol. are you testing us!?
If you ever find yourself watching TV(for leisure), or random some random nonsense fitness mag or the like, just think, "wow! i could be using this down time for exercise!!".
I could think of dozens of workouts you could do everyday that would take no longer than 10-20 minutes...hehe.0 -
Like mideon_696, I also call shenanigans!!!! There is always time to work out, even for just 30 minutes a day!!!!! There are plenty of workout videos on YouTube - you don't even have to leave your house! Being a student is the best time to lose weight as your schedule is more flexible. I ain't yellin - I'm just sayin.0

Its not shenanigans i have to write 4 papers, 17,000 words total in a month. So thats why exercise is on my backburner..I have adjusted my whats app to reflect level of exercise...which means I can have 1200 a day...so hard to stick to that.0
