                    Other than fruit what is your favorite sweet treat????  I have a horrible sweet tooth....

            Believe it or not, I'll drink falvored coffee.. And I get to feel like I'm cheating a bit. Not like a Mocha frap from starbucks, but like Green mountain Blueberry, or Cinnamon Roll Coffee. I'll add some 1% and just a bit of sugar. It normally helps with the craving and doesn't kill my diet.0

            Tropical smoothie.....it is the best, and it can kill any craving. Their Strawberry beach smoothie is made with non fat yogurt, strawberries and splenda. A great big cup is only 137 calories......YUM0

            Okay I have been really wanting some Thin Mints, but I would not just have 1 or 2 so I saw the Quaker mini delights "chocolatey mint" flavor. They were pretty good and at 90 calories for a bag worth the splurge.0

            Weight watchers has some strawberry smoothie bars (like popsicles but creamy) and they are REALLY good but only a handful of calories (can't remember off the top of my head, sorry)0
