Does breastfeeding count as an exercise? And also I know with breastfeeding I need to add 500 calories extra to my daily intake. How can I somehow show that?

You can add it in under exercise, or in your food diary (it will add a negative number, bringing your goal up by 500) or you can just manually adjust your cals. My Home > Goals > Custom, and then input your new number. If it were me, I'd adjust the calories rather than adding it every day, just because I would forget to add it every day. But some people like to do it daily. Whatever works for you.0
