2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tbs Pepper
1 tbs dehydrated onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chicken granules
1 gala apple
1 head of cabbage (small)
20 fresh brussel sprouts
Cut the sprouts into quarters. Add 1/4 cup of raisins, 1/4 cup of dried cherries, 1/4 cup of dried cranberries and all above to boiling water. Turn down and simmer until tender. 1 cup is 37 calories.0 -
