    Goals:
    Go a week without Aspartame
    Keep the scale moving down! This is an exciting change!

    PS Got asked to be a bridesmaid for a wedding in June, I want to be in great shape for this one! (unlike the previous 4)

    146.6 for me. Can't firgure out how I went up, I've been staying within my calories 90% of the time. I've slipped a lil on the water. Gotta start pounding that I guess.

    Goals for this week:

    Drink all my water
    Finish Wk 3 of C25k (I had to repeat wk 2, so I'm a week behind now)
    Watch my sodium
    Stay within calories

    Rach: That chart is so awesome! It is so helpful to see my progress charted out like that. You rock! :drinker: And how did you know that i was totally slipping?!?!? (I'm back on track after a pretty disastrous weekend)

    My goals for the week are to:
    Log everything I eat (even the stuff I don't want to see in my log - if I eat it, I'm logging it - dammit!)
    Not kill myself during this recovery week of P90X. I hate the recovery weeks but it's only 6 days, it's not THAT bad
    Eat more veggies.

    hey ladies!

    i had a great week last week & lost 2.8lbs. definitely needed that loss to keep me goin. however, i went a little bit overboard with some bad food choices yesterday so my goal is to be extra good all week and hopefully i'll still get a good loss for next weigh-in.

    i too was asked to be in a wedding for one of my best friends from high school. i'm SO excited. it gives me the extra push i need to stay on track and reach my weight loss goals. the wedding isn't until september of 2012 but that gives me plenty of time to lose all the weight i want to lose plus tone up. yay! :)

    Great job everyone! Little disappointed that I gained last week, but I'm not going to beat myself up about it.

    I'm going to try really hard to work out everyday and get more water. My schedule should go back to normal now that some super stressfull things are finally over. NOw that things around my house aren't blowing up, I can put the focus back on me!

    going to get pilates in twice this week. along with my usual run 3x's. my butt is sore from lunges yesterday.

    To keep chugging the water!
    Make sure I exercise at least 5 times!!
    I want to see a loss greater than half a pound this week - it's getting so frustrating!
