Hello all,
Well this is my attempt to say keep track of my weight loss. I'm stuck in the 170's and the scale won't move and my gut won't either

    I know how you feel. I've been somewhat stuck around 200 on the scale, and the measurements aren't changing a whole lot so last night I took all my measurements from my neck to my calves. This morning I have my weight and will be weighing in weekly. and I'm starting into the second month of Insanity and committing to a very healthy eating regiment. What's your plan?

    Welcome! Don't think you can - KNOW you can. Commitment, dedication, focus and strength! MFP will help with all of those, but you are the one in control. Use all the tools and info here to stay on track and you'll find it's easier than you think. Good luck to you! :flowerforyou:

    I was doing insanity, then turbo fire, but my knee just gives me such grief after the workouts. So I try to get on in every now and then. It's real hard for me to stick to anything, so Ive been taking it one day at a time.

  • Everything in life has a starting point. At least you have realized you want to make a change and put forth the effort to start.
    This tool really works if you are honest with yourself and the tool. I have been using this for about 3-4 weeks and have lost 12+ lbs.
    It has taught me about portion control and just making better decisions. For instance, I can have a package of cookies that will eat up about 300 calories and I will want something else to eat in an hour. Or I can eat two large Tilapia Filets and two cups of steamed vegetables, and a cup of frozen yogurt. I will take the latter.
