Help!!

ive been doing well for the past month sticking to my calorie intake, but since the weekend i just seem to b going downhill and cant stop eating :( i tend to snack alot as im in college all day :( any ideas what i can do ? i really dnt want to put my weight back on :(

  • I do this ALL the time!!! I do great during the week, then comes the weekend and it takes me till like Wednesday to get back on track!! I'm pretty sure we're not unique :-). Just dont get discouraged. It's only Tuesday so Im sure you havent done that much damage. Dont eat anything else today but a light healthy dinner. Tomorrows a new day!!
  • yeh i hope i can get back on track as ive done so well. i have never stuck to diets and this time ive stuck to it. im done eating for today and like you said tomorrow is a new day :)
  • If it makes you feel any better....I have already committed to eating chinese tonight. It will not be healthy Im sure. Oh well...Ive just had to realize and anticipate that I will screw up sometimes or else I'll feel deprived. And that never ends well lol
