I never thought I would see this day.. I can honestly say this journey wouldn't have been possible without the support of my family and friends. This site has play a huge part in my loss too. I've met so many wonderful people here. It really has been an amazing journey. Thanks to ALL.

Thank you to everyone for the kind words. You all have truly touched my heart.

It has taken me right at 10 months to lose the weight and I have about 40 more that I would like to lose. I lost my weight the old fashion way. Exercise and eating right.... That's it. I did purchase a bodybugg and love it! I do Zumba classes 2 nights a week and a kick boxing class one night a week. I lift weights 3 times a weeks to help with toning.
