and Misura brand 'cocoa biscuits' not very sweet and very low cal etc.. the perfect 'choc' fix for me (i cannot have real chocolate in the house though i LOVE dark chocolate cause no such thing for me as taking only one lil piece at a time... if it's here, i will eat it all.. so the biscuits work a treat!)0 -
Take a box of fruit jello, add 1/2 cup boiling water and dissolve. Cool to room temperature, add 2 cups 1% or 2% cottage cheese and mix w/blender. I add thawed or fresh berries (about 1/2 cup) to match the type of jello, mix and then blend in 8 oz. lite coolwhip. Refriderate and enjoy!0

I found steamable bags of edamamme in my grocery store (Fry's I believe it was) and if you eat the WHOLE bag it's somewhere around 250 calories...and obviously you're not gonna eat the whole bag cuz it's a darn big bag.
But they're so addicting!! So a quarter of the bag would be like 62 calories, and you can pop the rest in the fridge for later!0 -

I've always liked graham crackers. Most brands are around 65 calories for a large (double size) cracker. That will usually curb my sweet tooth. They come in chocolate and cinnamon as well..Yummy!0

I like things like slice of whole grain bread with Tb of peanut butter(I use Smart Balance or other natural PB with no added sugar), applesauce(no sugar added), string cheese on occasions.
I also like sunflower seeds, walnuts, cashews, raisins, carrots or broccoli plain or with ranch. I also like to snack on cucumber slices or red bell peppers.
And ff no sugar added fudge pops are delicious way to get a treat of chocolate and not feel deprived. FF no sugar added pudding would be another but I'm not a big chocolate pudding fan(vanilla or pistachio that is another story) Lately I go for 140 cal Skinny cow mint ice cream sandwich. YUMMY! Or the veg option of tofutti cutie mint sandwiches. I have those too right now.0 -
