Do any of you use a mat or something while doing workouts on carpet? I had problems while doing Zumba and now with Turbo Jam b/c i can't pivot on the balls of my feet. I'm not working my lower body b/c i'm scared to hurt my knees. Any suggestions are welcomed.

I have the same problem when doing Zumba. I've tried wearing only socks and also barefoot.....nothing makes it easier on my knees. I am interested to hear what others have to say too.0

i know the Turbo DVD says to not have alot of tread on your shows but what kind of cross trainer tennis shoes dont have tread? I dont know, i was thinking of getting a mat or something i can lay down when i workout, like those mats for chairs at computer desks or carpet protectors.0
